10 August 2010 Last Year I filled my return with digital signature.Is it mandatory to file return with digital signature this year also?Can I e-File return without digital signature?

10 August 2010 For Individuals efiling with digital signature is not mandatory. Only companies are required to e-file with digital signature compulsorily. So you can file without digital signature.
