i want to know that if a person had file his salary E-return through his accountant, and the login id and password of IT Department is known only to that accountant and E-mail id registered with Department is also of that accountant.
Now the problem is that accountant is not traceable and how E-filling can be done by creating new ID and Password.

09 October 2013 Try to reset password using "Forgot password" link in Login page of efiling website and Reset password using

1)Last year efiling ITRV acknowledgement number

2)bank account number

Also you can call HELPLINE on verification of personal details they will reset email ID & password.
