RESPECTED SIR,
ONE OF MY CLIENT IS UNDER TAX AUDIT FOR A.Y.2010-11. HE HAS A TAX LIABILITY OF RS.44000 BUT NOW HE IS NOT IN A POSITION TO PAY THE TAX. CAN WE FILE THE INCOME TAX RETURN ONLINE WITHOUT PAYING TAX AND SHOWING IT AS PAYABLE.
