dear sir, i have uploaded ITR2 xml file of my friend who is a commissin agent but there are some missing point in it. i have not shown the 80c deduction and expences.now i want to fill again ITR2? can i use ITR4 form mentioning the aknoledgement no. generated after filling of ITR2?

As income from commission agent, you need to file ITR-4.
you can revise the return with ITR-4 mentioning the original acknowledgment number of ITR-1
