E filing password reset

Dear Friends , How to reset the password in the Income Tax website . This is is the first year of filing for us , hence we are unable to give the ack no of earlier filing , or Bank details and Digital signature of Director . Also we have forgot the secret Question also . We are now desperate to file the return . Please help us .
