E filing password

29 August 2012 Dear Sir,
One of my Client has changed his CA and his former CA not telling the e filing password, I tried to reset password on PAN details, but new password sent on the e mail ID of that CA. Then I mailed on validate@incometax.gov.in, but no responce still after 15 hours.
What is the way to solve the problem.
Please advise me.

29 August 2012 If you have previously e-filed your IT return you will be able to reset your password only if you have the correct e-filing acknowledgement number mentioned in the ITR-V for that Assessment Year. Please keep your ITR-V readily available. If your have not previously e-filed your ITR return you will be able to reset your password using details on your PAN card

29 August 2012 previous year return was filed manually and I did on PAN details but new password gone on formar CA email ID.
