03 September 2009 I e-filed my return of income for AY 2008-2009 without a digital signature. I sent the signed ITR V to the ward in which i was assessable. Now I revised my returns for AY 2008-2009 and filed the revised return electronically without digital signature. I want to know whether or not I will have to send the signed acknowledgement (ITR V) to Bangalore or to my ward as earlier I had filed to my ward

03 September 2009 in my opinion, u r not required to sent the ITR V to Department, only ITR V for the Assessment Year 2009-10 is required to be sent.

03 September 2009 Ay 2008-09 have to file in your ward,from ay 2009-10 have to send to bangalore by ordinary post
