E filing of itr-resetting of password

08 August 2011 Dear Experts,

What would be solution to file online ITR if it is showing PAN no. already registerd, and we dont have past year online ITR and secret question with us.

Also we have mailed to efiling@incometaxindia.gov.in but no revert received for resetting of password.

In the above case we have:
PAN No. of assessee
DOB, Fathers name.

08 August 2011 if you dont have latest E filed copy of ITR V (as u need ack. no. ) and dont have secret ans then you need to wait for the reply of incometax dept.

08 August 2011 if you filed online return, the ITR verification form and acknowledgment has to be received in your mail id provided in the return. so please check you mails for acknowledgment number or wait for reply from Income tax department
