E-filing of itr for income from salary & insurance commision

Hello All,
Very Good Evening,
For efiling of ITR for income derived from salary exceeds Rs. 5 lacs as taxable income & income derived from insurance commision for Rs. 25,000 accumulated from 2 different life insurance companies, which online ITR form we have to use. Please advise. I have seen that there are 2 forms used for e-filing of ITR viz., ITR-1 & ITR-4S. Please advise me correct form to be used for efiling of ITR for claiming TDS received from business & salary together.
