E-Filing of Form 2 and Form 5 to ROC

I want to know what will be the consequnces and corrective steps if shares have been alloted and form 2 is filed with MCA but Authorised capital is below total paid up capital.

Hi,
Consequences---form 2 will be rejected by ROC.
Steps---Fix a back dated BM and GM for increase in authorised capital and pass necessary ordinary resolution u/s 94 in GM and file form-5 with ROC.

No fix procedure actually.
If the allotment date is June 20, 2010 then put the EGM date before June 20, 2010.
The idea is very simple that shareholders have given their approval to increase the authorised capital in the GM before the allotment date.
