Do an Educational society required for file its return of income with the Dept?

If yes, Which ITR ?

11 April 2011 If the said institution is registered under section 12AA of the Income tax Act,1961, ITR-7 may be filed in paper format. If not registered,ITR -5 may be filed either manually or electronically according to your choice.

what if the institution is claiming exemption u/s 10(23C)(iiiad)?

shall it go for the ITR-5 for ITR-7?

Its total Income doesnot exceeds 1 crore..
