28 July 2010 I have filed my e- return and got the ITR V acknowledgment generated

should i get the acknowledgment from IT office and sent to CPC Bangalore or should i directly send to CPC Bangalore

i am a salaried person

what in case of company

28 July 2010 Directly senf it to CPC Bangalore.

For companies it is compulsory efiling with digital signature. So no option of getting ITR - V.

28 July 2010 YES YOU WILL GET A ITR V FROM THE DEPARTMENT. BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE SENT THE SIGNED COPY TO CPC FOR APPROOVAL OF YOUR RETURN.
IF IT IS DIGITALLY SIGNED THEN NO NEED TO SEND THE COPY.

18.The ITR-V form is required to be sent to Post Bag No.1, Electronic City Post Office, Bengaluru, Karnataka-560100, by ordinary post or speedpost within 120 days.
