14 September 2014 I am an individual and my Source of income is only from salary. i am not file my e return even if my income is taxable
but my employer deduct tds.
what is the consequence for me????

14 September 2014 There is the provision that if your salary income below Rs. 500000 and SB interest Rs .10000 then employer deducted the TDS no need to file the return .

If above condition not meet then required to file the return . Now you can file last two years return i.e., 31.03.2013 and 31.03.2014

15 September 2014 Can Sh Viswa kerthi let me know the clause under which an employee having less than 5 lacs and S.B. interest less than 10000 need not file return if employer has deducted the tax

18 September 2014 In case of Salary exceed Rs. 500000 required to file the return other wise 271F penalty clause attracted if time limit elapsed .
