How to Get clients who want e-filing of their IT returns?

As I know, clients are concerned with filing of the returns only. For that the mode- manual or e-filing is not so important. So, basically, its more important to get clients.
.
Clients generally prefer a tax-consultant who provides them the best services at the most competitive Fee.
.
Some compromise at the level of fee and some compromise at the level of Services.
Those who can not compromise has to settle with the department on non-filing of return.
.
For providing such services one must have expert knowledge of the law, so that he can reply to the queries of the clients / prospective clients.

AND....
For getting reply to any query...
You know... Where you have to pay your frequent visits ???? ....
