I have to file my return i forgot my password &i dont have previous year it return what is the procedure for regaining my password to my new e mail Id

send a email request from registered email-id, which taxpayer has entered in the registration profile, to validate@incometaxindia.gov.in having following details
PAN,
Name of the assessee as appearing in the PAN card,
Date of Birth / Date of incorporation,
Name of the Father as appearing in the PAN card
Address
Mobile number
Registered email id.
The ITD will send its response via email.
