01 August 2015 Dear Sir if Seller & 1st buyer in bangalore and 2nd buyer in chennai. whether E 1 form ( Goods in transit) transaction concept will apply for this?

02 August 2015 In the current case, E1 form shall not apply since for a transaction to be called as a sale in transit, the first sale should be an inter state sale.
