WHAT ARE THE MAJOR REQUIREMENTS FOR E-1 AND E-2 TRANSACTION UNDER INTER STATE SALE PURCHASE TRANSACTION.

For the first sale of goods we should E-1 but in case of subsequent sale ...we always considered E-2.
