24 October 2013 dear expert i have filled annexure 2a&2b for 2nd qtr. after it i have filled dvat16&form1 now i tried to approve the return but there is error... save return form i am unable to fill 2nd qtr return... plz suggest me what should i do.... as we know the dvat site is quite implemented',, some part of return filling has also changed plz help me on the return procedure...

24 October 2013 1st of all you have to update DVAT 16 and Form 1 by clicking respective form seperately

then click approve of form, all forms including dvat 16, form 1 will be updated

24 October 2013 There will be instructions for filling the returns.Please read them and try to find out where you have gone wrong and rectify it.If not ,finally, the department may be consulted....mjk
