As per DVAT Act,what is last date for Asst.cases for the f.y.2008-09.

Wait for Notice because deparment issued Notice to all asessee for assesment 2008-2009.

As per THE DVAT ACT,2004 the last date for the Asst.cases 2008-09 is 31-03-2013.

If all payments and returns are in time no notices are received from VAT department. As regards dates the experts are right and I agree with them

Thank You,Sir,but i asking,when the dealer selling his goods as the Interstate Sales,than the last date of asst.of cases for the f.y.2008-09.
