Dear Sir,
I have been paid Excise duty wrongly in Addl. Duty on High Spped Diesel (0380102) inspite of Basic Excise Duty( 0380003). Can such amount is refundable or if it is refundable so what action taken by me.

You should file the refund application and the payment in right head.
