BENEFIT OF REDUCED PENALTY WILL BE AVAILABLE IF ASSESSEE MAINTAIN PROPER RECORD THOUGH FAILURE TO PAY SERVICE TAX. SEC 73(4A)INTRODUCED IN 2011 BUDGET.
