29 October 2009 Hi Friends,

One of our clients is holding two pan cards due to lack of knowledge ... could you advise what is the remedy for the same without attracting Penalty of Rs. 10000.00.

29 October 2009 JUST RIGHT A SIMPLE APPLICATION TO CONCERNED AO AND SURRENDER THE SECOND PAN CARD

29 October 2009 You have to mention the PAN which you are using currently on top of the application form(form name- 'request for new pancard or/ and changes or correction in pan data'). All other PAN/s inadvertently allotted to you should be mentioned at item no. 10 and the corresponding PAN card(s) should be submitted for cancellation along with the form in the UTITSL OR NSDL offices/intermediaries.
