Duplicate 26QB Acknowledgment number

08 December 2022 I generated form 26QB to make a offline payment through bank and i got acknowledgment number for same.. The bank refused to make a payment and asked me to do it online by myself, now I went to e-portal and freshly filled form 26QB and made the payment online.. now this generated one more acknowledgment number.
After this, if I go to Traces to download the form 26QB, it is still referring to old acknowledge number and saying the payment is not made.. Can you guys please guide me to generate the 26QB with new acknowledgment number please?

08 December 2022 Wait for few days to get updation of second acknowledgement. It may take about 8/10 working days.

08 December 2022 You may try as under.

Go to the official website of TRACES
Login using User Id, password, PAN and Captcha
Now go to ‘Statement/ Form’ and click on ‘Request for Justification Report Download’
Go to Form 26QB
Enter Assessment Year, Acknowledgement Number, PAN of seller
Click on ‘Proceed’
Enter CIN details such as BSR Code, Date of Deposit, Challan Serial Number, Challan Deposit Amount
Now go to the download tab and navigate to ‘Requested Downloads’ section
Enter request number. Click on ‘View Request’
Download the file once the status changes to ‘Available.’
