11 July 2012 Respected Sir,

I want to ask that,If assessee furnish the same A.Y. income tax return through both mode i.e. paper mode in I.T. Deptt. & online e-filling on I.T. website by mistaken.Return also having Some amount of Refund.

In this Case there is any solution to rectify return.kindly provide So.

11 July 2012 In my view, the later return may be treated as revised return. It will be treated as a erroneous return but not an invalid return and the AO may take action accordingly.
