whether a person who is director and CFO in a Ltd. company, whose residential status changes from resident to Non-resident for the year 2012-13 and 2013-14, in such case to whom he has to inform about his residential status changes and what the formalities to be followed by company in regards of the same, as is there any requirement to submit any documents to ROC or banks and also when he has to convert his normal savings a/c to the NRE/NRO a/c is there any time limit for such conversion. Any RBI notification for the same. -

Sure sudharsan but as an "expert" you have not given me an clear answer.the question is not WHEN it is construed as cap gains but is it cap gains or business income? pls make a stand either whichways( like the other experts) rather than a generic unrelated cut and paste on computation of cap gains. -
