30 September 2014 Actually my ca told me that if u want to do the job here then apply for full time cop but u will not become the partner of this firm and i will give you Rs30,000 for your work . How can this possible even after applying full time cop but i will not become partner . please help me . tell me this will create any problem in future or any fraud. What is in his mind ? what is his planning ?

30 September 2014 There seems no planning. A full time cop holder ca can become an employee in ca firm. You can do your own practise also.

30 September 2014 actually i asked from icai staff and they told me that if u take full time cop then u can not do job on paid basis in ca firm . in this u have to become a partner of this firm . if u do not want to become partner in this firm and do job on paid basis then take part time cop .

i ask 1 thing more if i take cop for that firm then he give me 30000 for my work and my cop. is this sufficient or i take any % of work also
