PLEASE PROVIDE ME THE INFORMATION TDS PAYMENT DUE DATE FOR MARCH 2010 OF FOREIGN REMITTANCE ( 195 )ALONG WITH CIRCULAR OF IT FOR REFERENCE

Time limit for depositing TDS u/s.195.
Within one week from last day of the month in which income paid or credited whichever is earlier. If payee's account is credited on the last day of the accounting year, then within 2 months from the end of the month in which credit given.
In your case, if amt. is credited as on 31.03.10, then due date will be 31.05.10, otherwise it will be 07.04.10.

if amount is credited between 1st march to 30th march then time limit for deposit is 7th april and e-filing of form 27Q for this is 14th April.
If amount is credited last date of fy i.e 31st march,then due date for deposit is 31st may and for e-filing of 27Q is 14th June .
