please tell me due dates of filing of return of service tax for individual & company..

Generally, the return for all the assessees(other than Input service distributor), the half yearly return is to be filed by 25th of the month, imediately following the half year
Apr-Sep----25th October
Oct-Mar----25th April
However, CBEC, by virtue of Notification No. 47/2012, this time, the return shall be filed for the firt quarter only(i.e. Apr-June) by 25-Nov-2012
