Respected Sirs,
We have been running few proprietary concerns and few private limited companies and all are under 44-AB with the point of view of sales turnover. What will be the due dates for ITR and TAR in such case.
And if we are not under 44-AB, what will be the due date for ITR ?
Please guide me and oblige.

The CBDT has extended the ITR filing deadline for companies till February 15, 2022.
The due date for filing the tax audit report has been extended to January 15, 2022.
& the Income-Tax Return (ITR) filing deadline FY 2020-21 for individuals is extended to 31 December 2021,
