Thanks for your reply.As per income tax slabs ,there is no tds deduction for some employees. Is the mandatory for filing them.please inform

non-deduction of TDS is not the barometer to decide requirement of tax filing.
check the total income of the individual..if it exceeds exemption limit, return is to be filed.
