WHAT IS THE DUE DATE OF RETURN FILLING FOR A COMPANY WHICH DEAL THE INTERNATIONAL LEVEL?.

For which return you are asking is it for Incometax return? or for ROC or any other? According to my knowledge for income tax return till now i didn't leased such due date for such type companies. Is it true then please provide me the reference and section because i have to update my library.
