10 October 2012 WHAT IS THE DUE DATE OF RETURN FILLING FOR A COMPANY WHICH DEAL THE INTERNATIONAL LEVEL?.

I THINK 31ST OCTOBER ONLY FOR SUCH KIND OF COMPANY, M I RIGHT?.

10 October 2012 For which return you are asking is it for Incometax return? or for ROC or any other? According to my knowledge for income tax return till now i didn't leased such due date for such type companies. Is it true then please provide me the reference and section because i have to update my library.
