11 November 2013 Please anyone tell me what is the Due date of MVAT audit for the financial year 2012-13 under maharashtra. Please hilight if there is any extention in due date..???

11 November 2013 it is 14 Jan 2014 for FY 2012-13, there is sufficient to comply with requirement.

23 November 2013 Section 66 of Mvat says " The report of the audit under section 61 shall be submitted 1[within nine months and fifteen days] of the end of the year to which the report relates."
therefore due date would be 14th Jan'14 for F Y 2012-13

30 November 2013 "Rule 66. The report of the audit under section 61 shall be submitted electronically within nine months and fifteen days from the end of the year to which the report relates." The due date for uploading audit report, in Form 704, for the financial year 2012-13 shall be 15th January, 2014.
