What is the due date of itr-7 for a. Y 2023-24 . If an assessee not liable to audit . Is it 31st oct Or 30th nov?

Not liable for audit it's 31st july.2023.

Will it be the 31st july if the assessee files return u/s 139(4c) or 139(4d) or any changes for f. Y 2022-23?
