05 January 2021 what is the due date of GST Annual return FY 19-20...and for FY 18-19?

05 January 2021 The due date for filing of GST Return pertaining to FY 2019-20 have been extended to 28th February 2021.
For FY 2018-19, the due date have already passed which was 31st December 2020

05 January 2021 Earlier what was the date of FY 19-20 as there was notification for utilities available but no notification for filing of return was there..

05 January 2021 The original due date for Annual Return of FY 2019-20 was 31st December 2020. The same was mentioned in the Act. No separate notification is required for that.

The due date was extended to 28.02.2021 vide notf. no. 95/2020 dated 30.12.2020.
