Sir, i cleared my IPCC Exam both groups in first attempt on Nov-2011.I started my articleship from 01.04.2012
My question was after completing 2.5 years of articleship one can give their final exams, but from which date will it start counting whether from Date of joing of articleship or from clearing the IPCC exam date.

Yes, You are eligible to give you final attempt after the completion of 2.5 years of articleship. This 2.5 year will start counting from date of joining of articleship. The words"after completion of 2.5 year of articleship" clearly indicating the date counting starts from commencement of articleship and your final attempt depended on completion of your articleship.
So you are eligible for Nov 2014 attempt for your final exams.
