Dear Sir,
pl tell me due date for deposit of ESIC challan and also if the last date is a public holiday, can I deposit the same by next day without paying penalty or interest.

Hi Rakesh,
The due date for remitting ESIC is 15th of the succeeding month. If the due date is a public holiday, you can remit on the next working day

You can depost ESI up to 21st of next month & EPF 20Th of next month

up to 21st of next month. if holiday then you can deposit on next working day.
