My company in incorporated on 16.03.2015. Kindly let me know whether I can held the First AGM of my company on 31.12.2016.

17 January 2017 The first accounting year of the Company shall be 15th March, 2015 to 31st March , 2016 and Company can held first AGM within 9 months of the end of first accounting year. Yes, you can hold first AGM on 31st December 2016
