What is the due date for TDS deposited in financial year 2009-10 vide A.Y 2010-11

Within 7 days of the month following the month of deduction.

Due date for payment of Tax Deducted on 31st March.:
Normally TDS due date are 7th of succeeding Month .But when TDS is deducted on provisions made on last day of the Financial year (31st march) then tds payment due date is 31st may of succeeding year .
