29 August 2010 Dear all,
we have get audited b/s on 27.07.10 for the yr ended 31.03.10.

wt will be the due date for roc filing?

when the agm shold be held?

29 August 2010 AGM may be convened on or before 30/09/2010.
Balance sheet and P & L account may be filed in e-form 23 AC and e-form 23ACA on or before31/10/2010.
Annual return prepared as per Schedule V part 11 may be filed in e-form 20 B on or before30/11/2010.
Belated filing is also possible with additional filing fees.

29 August 2010 date of AGM will depend on the date of incorpoation of company. from problem, it is not clear whether it is first year of the company or company is old. if it is old, may be done as per above reply. if it is new company, AGM should be hele within 18 months of the date of incorporation or 6 months from the end of financial year whichever is earlier. balance sheet (form 23AC and 23ACA) should be filed within 30 days from the date of AGM and annual return (form 20B) within 60 days from AGM
