due date for ROC filing

24 December 2009 It is the nemly incorporated company incorporated on 18th dec 2008. Bal seet is signed on 21st nov 2009 for the year ended 31st march 09.

What is the due date for ROC filing?

Because due date of AGM will come as 31st dec 2009. so if i write yes in AGM held or not then i will have to upload the same after 31st dec.09.No AGM held till date.

24 December 2009 Pl read sections 166 and 210 carefully. Those sections when read together clearly suggest that AGM should be held on the earliest of the two relevant dates ,i.e., six months after the close of the financial year or eighteen months from the date of incorporation. Otherwise one or the other section is bound to be breached. So fix your company's AGM date accordingly keeping in mind the above provisions.

The two dates which you mentioned regarding 6 months and 18 months,
Wouldnt 6 months get replaced with 9 months in a newly formed company as it gets an extension of 3 months according to the said section?
What date of AGM should i fix according to you?
