Dear Friends,
I would like to clear that FY 2013-14 Q1 service tax return due date declared or not.

Dear Service Tax return will be Half Yearly again. It was quarter in FY 2012-13 since changes relating to Negative List and RCM were effected from 01.07.2012.

Last date for half yearly return for Oct - March 2013 is 31st August 2013. ST 3 Excel utilty is also available on aces website. Check out from below link--
