Can u please tell me Due date under 139(1),139(4)and last dates for revised return, rectification return with an example.

07 May 2014 Section 139(1) - for companies and tax audit cases, 30 september. for transfer pricing cases, 30th november...for other cases 31 july.

section 139(4) - one year from the end of the assessment year. (same applies to 139(5)

rectification - four years from the end of the year in which the assessment order is issued.
