Dear Experts,

Please tell the due date for the payment of Excise & the submission of Return for the FY 2010-2011 & 2011-2012?

In which case is the monthly Excise Returns need to be submitted?

having exemption upto 4 crore under SSI exemption qtrly 5th is the due date of payment (GAR-7 Challan)

due date of filing return is 15th of every qtr (Form-ER-3)

more than 4 crore, every month before 5th for payment (GAR-7 challan)

due date of filing return is 10th of every month (form-ER-1)
