What is the due date for company returns for audit n non-audit cases. Also what is the due date for ROC retirns for the F.Y. 2016-17

The due date of filing income tax return for companies have been extended from 30th september to 31st october. The due date of filing roc return is 30 th october.
27 September 2017
For company assessee last date is 31 October.....
