AS PER CBDT NOTIFICATION DATED 20.08.2014, DUE DATE IS EXTENDED FOR THE ASSESSES WHO ARE NOT REQUIRED TO GET CERTIFICATE U/S 92E, THEN IT MEANS DUE DATE FOR THE ASSESSES WHO ARE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN CERTIFICATE U/S 92E IS NOT EXTENDED AND STILL 30TH SEPTEMBER 2014.

due date for assessee with 92E report is anyways 30 November only....

so they are not affected for transfer pricing report
