Due Date extension AY 2005-06 for filing income tax return

30 November 2009 Was due date for filing return for non audit cases extended for AY 2005-06. ? Read a circular that date was extended to 1st November but not sure whether the same is applicable for firms below tax audit. Someone explain. Thanks in advance.

01 December 2009 Due date of 31/07/2005, for non audit cases were extended to 31/08/2005 in the states of Gujarat,Maharashtra,Karnataka and Goa. The districts covered in Maharashtra and Karnataka are Thane,Raigad,Pune,Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur, Nanded, Parbhani, Hingoli and Belgaum and the extended due date in their case is 31/10/2005.
