21 January 2010 Dear Sir Please clarify why 1 day less is calculated in terms of First Annual General meeting as in my case incorporation date is 26.6.08 then why it is 25.12.09

21 January 2010 As per section 210 last date is 31.12.2009.

As per section 166 last date is 25.12.2009 as on 25.12.2009 period of eighteen months mentioned in section 166 completed.

If we convened our AGM on 25.12.2009 that would be sufficient compliance with both the sections.
