18 March 2010 what if the due date of filing any return (especially excise) is sunday? is next day to it vl be the due date or the day before sunday vl be the due date?

18 March 2010 NEXT WORKING DAY WILL BE DUE DATE WHERE E-RETURN IS NOT APPLICABLE.
LET THE OTHER EXPERTS GIVE THEIR OPINION.

18 March 2010 As per mentioned rule every assesse has to file return within prescribed period For e.g. 15 days, but they have not clear cut mentioned that in case last day i.e. 15 day will fall on sunday or any other bank holiday then what will be the next date. However till date we have not found any case on this matter. You can take chance if matter is extreme urgent. Regards
