Hi Everyone,
Facts:
1) An assesee is salaried employee and he is resident during P.Y. 2015-2016.
3) He is in India from April 1st, 2015 to January 31st , 2016 He earns Indian salary for which form 16 is issued to assesee.
3) From February 1, 2016 to March 31st, 2016 he is in Singapore and earns foreign salary on which TDS is deducted.
Queries
1) Which ITR form is to be used for filing income tax return ?
2) Will salary earned in Singapore will form part of Salary Income ?
3) if answer to second question is yes then salary earned and Tax deducted in Singapore is in SGD so how will that be converted in INR ?
4) How the assessee will claim tax credit for the witholding tax deducted in Singapore ?
If possible please answer the query in numbers.

ITR 1 may be filed.
Since the person as resident and ordinarily resident for the financial year 2015-16, salary earned outside India( in this case Singapore) is taxable in India. However, the assessee can claim double taxation benefit/relief
Under the TDS section of ITR, a separate item is included for TDS outside India.
