05 June 2022 Hello all I have attached dsc and all signatures are showing valid still this error is coming up while uploading spice+ forms "DSC is not attached for PAN in FORM INC-09.".Can someone please help me out?

06 June 2022 Check the details of PAN and then check whether DSC of such PAN holder enclosed or not in INC-09

06 June 2022 Thanks for putting latest query of incorporation, unfortunately i have no solution but only thing i can say is that take DIN first by proposal from any existing company and then go for incorporation
